The S/S 2011 fashion season featured many trends. Among them is a trend that I have struggled with is the flatform shoe trend. Is it a flat or is it a platform. I have no doubts that these shoes may in fact be much more comfortable and provide you the height that you are probably looking for, but I've always been afraid that it could also make you look like you modified a shoe from Herman Munster's closet. I searched high and low to see if anyone would be brave enough to make this shoe style appealing to me (I tend to think I have decent taste). I finally found two that I found extremely cute and would be perfect for Sunday brunch with the girls, paired with a mini skirt and a canvas carryall. What are your thoughts? Would you wear this trend?
they kinda remind me of those granny shoes, made more for comfort than style. I dont know if i could get myself to wear them...maybe if they made them more colorful??...i dont know....
